22 years as a Travel Team Coach, coaching for Jacksonville Jrs., Central Fl Volleyball Club, Club Fl., UPPS Performance, Rival Volleyball Academy, Boomers Volleyball Academy and Wildfire Volleyball Club . Reaching the USAV National Tournament Multiple times.
Coach Pico is a USAV IMPACT Certified coach and a Certified International Volleyball Federation Level III coach.
