About the Recruiting Process
Here at Wildfire, the Recruiting Process begins as soon as the athlete enters into their freshman year of high school. It is important to understand that recruiting is all about connections, and our staff has the experience and dedication to help each athlete get connected with programs at the higher levels of women’s volleyball. As you read you will find how our staff provides unique ways to help both parents and athletes become more educated with recruiting, and how to go about certain aspects of the process.
Our Goals
1. Educate– Assist parents and athletes in learning about the recruiting process, teach athletes how to communicate with college coaches, and help athletes learn what to look for in a school or volleyball program
2. Connect– Assist athletes in finding ways to interact with collegiate coaches, educate athletes on taking visits, general NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA rules and regulations, as well as providing camps in which coaches can come to work with the athletes.
3. Communicate– Provide an open line of communication between coordinators, coaches, athletes, and parents during the recruiting process.
