I AM! VOLLEYBALL TRAINING

• This Program is designed for beginner to low intermediate level.
• This program requires no evaluation
• Ages 6-9 for the spark program
• Ages 10 – 17 for the I AM! Training program
• This program concentrates in teaching basic skills to play volleyball such as serving, passing, setting and hitting
• Athletes will be grouped by age and skill level
• The program Meets Mondays and Thursdays
  • 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm ages 9- 11
  • 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm ages 12-13
  • 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm  ages 14-17
• This program has no time commitment, an athlete can leave at any point and the billing will be suspended starting the next payment
• Athletes will be provided with a practice shirt
• The cost of this program is $150.00 per month
• This program Requires and AAU membership
