Regional Program

2025 – 2026 Club Season Information

Wildfire Volleyball will have Regional teams at all age groups. Regional athletes will participate in the Florida Challenge League and up to 5 two day events in the Tri-county area. The Regional athletes will practice 2/week except weeks of events/tournaments. This program is designed for lower intermediate level athletes
Regional athletes must have an AAU membership to participate in all events assigned to the team.

Regional Team Practice 2 times weekly including play days.
Training is designed and executed by the national coaching staff
Tournaments are 4/5 one day events and 4/5 two day events.
Regional athletes need only AAU membership
Season will go from Nov – June, but athletes can begin training in September at no extra cost.

Tournament Schedules
Regional Teams will participate in the Florida’s Junior Challenge League. They will also participate in 4/5 2 day events. All these events will be in the tri-county area. Regional Teams are also able to opt into the AAU National Event in Orlando
Please note that all tournament acceptances for teams are up to the event host and tournament staff, not Wildfire. Wildfire is not responsible for teams that do not get accepted into an event or if they are placed on a waitlist for an event.

Cost
Club Season is not a pay by month activity. The cost of Club is divided throughout the season with an initial deposit of $500 and 10 subsequent payments of $325/ month (Sept 1st – June 1st). It is important to note that by taking a place on a Regional Team you are taking a permanent spot on the team and while the total cost is divided into payments, These are not monthly payments, they are installments. The athlete/parent assumes responsibility for the total cost of the season. Payments are deducted automatically on the 1st of the month due.
Athletes will have the option to pay in full or create a payment plan. (Payments will have a 3% transaction fee)
**Missed payments will result in suspension from the program until payments are resolved. **
Club Season starts November 1st. Wildfire offers training during September and October at no extra charge for all athletes that are in 12U-14U teams and those who are not participating in High School volleyball and are members of a Wildfire Team.
Term and conditions

  • The athlete/parent is signing a contract for the whole season defined as August deposit , Sept thru June payments.
  • The athlete/parent is aware and clearly understands they are taking a spot on a program with limited spots and is fully responsible for the financial commitment to the season.
  • The athlete/parent may choose to leave at any point during the season , however they will still be financially responsible for the full contract amount.

25-26 Season (TBD)

24-25 Season

Regional Athletes will be required to be in FULL Wildfire Gear for all tournaments, no exceptions. This includes 2- Jerseys, 2- Spandex, 1-Club Jacket, 1- Club Pants, 1-Club Backpack. 

Returning Regional Athletes can use gear from previous seasons, but will need to purchase 2 – New Jerseys for the upcoming 24-25 Club Season.
